Tuition Fees for 2026/27

The following information relates to fees for entry in Academic Year September 2026 and Calendar Year January 2027. Tuition fees for RAD Awards starting in 2026* will also be listed below.

Faculty of Education graduates who go on to study for a postgraduate award delivered by the RAD or further study of an RAD award can benefit from a discount in tuition fees. Tuition fees are invoiced in instalments for each programme as appropriate.

  • Concessionary entry

    Concessionary entry

    A fee may be payable for programmes where applicants can submit a concessionary entry task. Further information on concessionary entry and associated costs can be found at How to Apply.

    UK students: £8,700 per academic year, plus £135 registration fee on enrolment.
    International students: £13,000 per academic year, plus £135 registration fee on enrolment.
    A fee of £65 is payable if the applicant is invited to audition on-site or by video submission.

    Licentiate of the Royal Academy of Dance*

    This programme is currently under review for Summer 2026 start and fees will be updated in due course.

    Professional Dancers’ Graduate Teaching Diploma

    UK: £6,400 per programme, plus £135 registration fee on enrolment.
    Australia: $12,300, plus £135 registration fee on enrolment.
    A fee of £65 is payable if the applicant is invited to interview.

    Graduate Discounts

    FoE graduates who go on to study for a postgraduate award delivered by the RAD or further study of an RAD award benefit from a 10% reduction in tuition fees. This discount is available for students who start their programme of study on or after 1 August 2018 and will be applied to their tuition fees for the full duration of the programme.     Students only need to apply once for the Postgraduate Master’s Loan as the application and funding is for the whole of their programme. Students who will be entering a second, third or fourth year of study will receive a letter from the Student Loans Company (SLC) confirming their payments for academic year 2026/27.

Financial Terms and Conditions of our programmes of study and modules are below and provide you with information on deadlines if you find yourself in a position that means that you cannot continue with your studies and would like to suspend temporarily or withdraw completely.
